Order Policy – Qleir Store

  1. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders take 5–14 business days to process if the product is available for immediate delivery.

  • Delivery time may increase during peak seasons, high order volumes, or due to production line circumstances.

  1. Personal Information Confirmation

  • Please ensure that your personal information provided with the order is correct, as it cannot be modified after the order is completed.

  1. Store’s Right to Cancel Orders

  • The store reserves the right to cancel an order in certain cases, such as:

    • If the requested product is unavailable.

    • If there is a pricing error.

    • If the order is found to be fraudulent.

  • In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded using the same payment method used on the website.

  1. Product Care Instructions

  • Abayas should be dry cleaned only at specialized cleaners.

  1. Available Sizes

  • Available sizes: 52, 54, 56, 58, 60.

  • Not available: 53, 55, 57, 59.

  1. Product Modifications

  • Abayas cannot be modified, and no additions, changes to the model, or color alterations are allowed. Only the displayed product is available.

  1. Changing Delivery Address

  • If you wish to change the delivery address, you must contact the shipping company directly.

  • If you do not respond to the shipping company, the order will be canceled and returned.

  • After cancellation, you must contact the store within 3 business days to arrange reshipping. Please note that reshipping fees are fully borne by the customer according to the selected shipping company’s policy.
