Store’s Right to Cancel Orders

The store reserves the right to cancel an order in certain cases, such as:

If the requested product is unavailable.

If the order is found to be fraudulent.

In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded using the same payment method used on the website.

Abayas should be dry cleaned only at specialized cleaners.

Available sizes: 52, 54, 56, 58, 60.

Not available: 53, 55, 57, 59.

Product Modifications

Abayas cannot be modified, and no additions, changes to the model, or color alterations are allowed. Only the displayed product is available.

Changing Delivery Address

If you wish to change the delivery address, you must contact the shipping company directly.

If you do not respond to the shipping company, the order will be canceled and returned.

After cancellation, you must contact the store within 3 business days to arrange reshipping. Please note that reshipping fees are fully borne by the customer according to the selected shipping company’s policy.
